One thing you could try is to Toggle Completionist Mode, wait 10 seconds, then toggle it off again and ATT will re-calculate your appearances for that specific character. (Be sure to let it finish the operation before switching back.) Switching modes clears your collections cache. This is why I only play in Completionist Mode as my collection becomes 1:1 with what Blizzard says I have earned.It doesn't help. When I toggle off the Completionist mode the item dissapers from the list. At the moment I use mOnAr's Wardrobe to see those items.

It's not a good idea to have Completionist mode on.
